The Clear Dx Microbial Surveillance WGS solution was found to reduce turnaround time from 44 to 47 hours with manual method to average of 28 hours with automation, eliminating 3 hours of manual work. Cost analysis predicted cost savings of 34% to 53% compared to manual method. 99% of isolates tested showed concordant groupings between automated and manual methods.
