Clear Labs has developed an end-to-end WGS solution for microbial surveillance using the turnkey Clear Dx™ system. Using anonymized filed data collected to date, the assay was found to be a robust and efficient solution not only meeting CDC PulseNet and FDA GenomeTrakr requirements, but also applicable for other applications, such as HAI and amplicon sequencing.
